The purpose of the Business Boot Camp is to help young people aged 18-25 who have an overwhelming passion for their business idea. The candidates will be chosen because they are willing to put their time, money and energy into building their business idea.
The Boot Camp will help them build the confidence, network and resources that will help them get the money and people around them to build a successful, sustainable business.
The Business Boot Camp will assist these young people in building businesses based upon three levels of responsibility:
Personal – They alone are responsible for their future and cannot blame or expect others to give them success
Financial – They must learn about finances and banking so that they can run a successful business
Social – They must give back to the community out of their profits because the community supports them.
